WARRANTY POLICY

Mattress Warranty

Econest Bedding mattresses include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage includes:

* Broken or defective coils

* Manufacturing defects in materials

* Abnormal body impressions greater than 1.5 inches not caused by improper support

Warranty does not cover:

* Comfort preference changes

* Normal softening of foam

* Stains, burns, cuts, tears, or misuse

* Improper foundations or bed frames

* Mold, moisture, or abuse

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Bed Frames

Bed frames carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty excludes:

* Improper assembly

* Overloading

* Physical damage after delivery

* Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim:

1. Contact customer service.

2. Provide proof of purchase.

3. Submit photos showing the issue.

4. Allow inspection if requested.

Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or credited at Econest Bedding’s discretion.
