Mattresses

For health and hygiene reasons:

All mattress sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a mattress has been delivered and accepted by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

 

Bed Frames, Box Springs, Furniture & Accessories

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

* Product is unused

* Product remains in original packaging

* Product is not damaged

* Customer provides proof of purchase

Return shipping or pickup fees may apply.

Damaged Items

Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment may be eligible for a refund.

Special orders and custom products are non-refundable.
